Disclaimer
KeepYourGroup helps central organizations prepare IRS Form 15644 from public IRS data. Please read these points before you rely on anything here.
Not affiliated with the IRS
KeepYourGroup is a private service. Operated by Studio Pyrizhky, Washington State (LLC formation pending). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Internal Revenue Service or any other government agency.
Not tax or legal advice
KeepYourGroup is a preparation aid: software and organized public data. Using it doesn’t create an attorney, accountant or other professional relationship. For decisions that need judgment, such as whether a chapter is eligible, what supervision your group needs, or whether to add or remove a chapter, ask a qualified tax adviser.
You review, sign and file
We never file or sign anything for you. Your organization’s officer reviews and completes Form 15644, signs it and files it with the IRS, and is responsible for its accuracy. Filing the form with the IRS is free.
Public IRS data, with dates
Our information comes only from public IRS files. Each page and report shows which file a number comes from and that file’s date. The files used now:
- IRS EO BMF, posted Oct 13, 2026
- IRS 990-N file, updated Oct 19, 2026
- IRS revocation list, includes revocations posted through Oct 13, 2026
- IRS EO BMF as archived Oct 1–3, 2024 (Internet Archive)
IRS 990-N file, updated Oct 19, 2026: The IRS download page still shows Sep 7, 2026 for this file; the copy we downloaded on Oct 23, 2026 contains later data.
IRS revocation list, includes revocations posted through Oct 13, 2026: The IRS download page still shows Sep 8, 2026 for this file; the copy we downloaded on Oct 23, 2026 contains later data.
IRS files can lag by weeks or months and can contain errors. Check anything important about a single organization by EIN in the IRS’s own Tax Exempt Organization Search, which draws on the same IRS data and can lag too.
Labels are not findings
Phrases such as “one missed filing from revocation” describe patterns in IRS records. They are not a statement about any organization’s legal status.
